Shareate ST20 is a new colbalt-free cermet grade with high nitrogen content. It is not only has high strength, toughness and good wear resistance, but also shows superior thermal deformation resistance at high temperatures. When used as a cutting tool, the friction coefficient between cermet and workpieces is low and result in excellent surface finish. The comprehensive performance of Shareate ST20 is better than that of other cermets and cemented carbides and has a much longer tool life.
